Q1: What are the recommended arrival and departure dates?

Arrival: We recommend arriving one day before the event starts to allow enough time for settling in and preparation.

Departure: The event ends on 18 July 2025, and we suggest departing the day after the event for any post-summer school networking or travel flexibility.

Public Transport: Both The Hague and Rotterdam are well-connected by public transport, including trains, trams, and buses. Airport Info: The closest airports are Schiphol or Rotterdam The Hague Airport. From there, you can take direct trains to the city centers, making the journey easy and affordable.

Arrive by 9:00 am on the first day to allow enough time for registration, orientation, and to be ready for the opening session.

Q5: Are meals provided, or should I bring my own food?

Meals are provided as part of the program. However, if you have any special dietary needs, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your preferences.
Q6: What should I bring with me for the event?

Comfortable clothing for both indoor and outdoor activities, and any personal items you may need for a shared dorm experience (e.g., toiletries, a lock for your locker, etc.). We also recommend bringing a portable charger for your devices.
