In one year you not only get your Master of Science degree, you also get facilitated to set up your own revenue making business. So don’t make your resume just yet. You can still become a founder by being one.

Our program offers the latest knowledge, tools and hacks from the field. Taught by non standard faculty. Our faculty does consist of some carefully selected practice oriented academics but consists primarily of founders and experts from the field, such as former CEO’s, CTO,s and founders.

You step into a place that breathes entrepreneurship. As a student, you walk among the owners of startups and scale-ups. They are present every day, working on their businesses. You attend your classes here, have lunch with other entrepreneurs, and then head to the Incubator to work on your own business.

Our program

Over a course of two semesters at Unknown University of Applied Sciences, you’ll attend weekly workshops, receive personalised coaching and mentoring while you set up your business and gain knowledge, skills and tools to develop yourself as an entrepreneur.

Semester 1: Foundations

Build your base and launch.

Define the problem worth solving, craft a compelling vision, and validate assumptions with fast experiments.
Segment the market, position your offer, and design a go-to-market plan with measurable milestones.
Build founding team rituals, feedback culture, and decision frameworks for fast-moving environments.
From ICP to pipeline: messaging, channels, and first revenue operations with simple dashboards.

Semester 2: Build & Scale

Operate, sell, and accelerate.

Incorporation choices, runway planning, unit economics, and term-sheet basics for early fundraising.
Product thinking, MVP scope, choosing stacks, and working with engineers and data responsibly.
Capstone execution—ship, measure, iterate. Includes coaching and a public demo or investor pitch.
(Optional stream) Deep dive into growth, ops, or product—tailored to your venture’s needs.

Application Information

APPLICATION INFO
In order to be eligible for the Master’s program (full or part-time), you must hold a bachelor’s (BSc) degree. You can apply with a bachelor’s degree in any field of study, as our program is open to everyone who embraces entrepreneurship.

In addition, for the master’s program, you must own a business that is ready to scale. The growth readiness of your business and the fit for our program will be determined by an application interview.

TUITION FEE FULL-TIME MASTER: €22.500

To support our students in their transition to a new country, Unknown University of Applied Sciences arranges visas for students who need one.

The program has one entry moment each year in September.
FINANCING
As our master’s program is fully accredited, it is possible in some very specific cases for Dutch (and also European) recently graduated bachelor students to finance the tuition fee in full and even a small part of the housing/living costs against super friendly terms. ACCREDITATION
All programs offered by Unknown University of Applied Sciences are formally accredited programs of ‘Stichting Global School for Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences (registered under BRIN: 30RK)’.

Stichting Global School for Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences is officially recognized by the Dutch Government and will offer the accredited Master of Science degree in Scaling Up (registered under ISAT: 49308). The accreditation is obtained from the NVAO (Dutch-Flemish Accreditation Organization), therefore Stichting Global School for Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences meets the national quality assurances as defined by the Ministry of Education, Culture & Science.
